Perspectives in Motion
Early Exploration · Details Forthcoming
An early exploration of moving viewpoints, spatial perception, and the mathematical construction of visual landscapes. Emerging from conversations with artist Jongseong Cho, the project considers how mathematical structures might describe the relationship between movement, observation, and representation.
A preview, not a finding. This entry exists to mark that the exploration has begun — not to report what it has found, because nothing here is settled enough yet to report.
The questions worth asking first: what changes, mathematically, when a viewpoint moves rather than sits still — and whether the structures used to describe that change have anything useful to say about how a landscape is built, in the mathematical sense, out of what is seen from it.
More will be written here as the exploration itself becomes something more definite than a set of questions.
